Michael Thiess has been dealing with top management issues as a management consultant for almost 20 years.

Prior to founding his own consulting firm in 2002, Michael spent 13 years (1989-2002) at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. Of these, almost 12 were spent as a responsible partner for the firm’s international competence centers in the areas of pharma, medtech, healthcare and non-profit organisations.
